KERPOW!!! :DThat's what I'm talkin' about - I really am at a loss.......your door looks BETTER than the one on the ref pic....you need to have a word with God and give him some technique pointers for his rustwork Guy! This is simply eye-popping modelling my friend Dicky, That's a good one Dicky ! I'm afraid God will need to have a word with me then...and it won't be hobby related Leon, it feels like a challenge each time I start another model...thanks ! Nate, I try to make as much variation as I can in the paint damage/rust effects. Thanks mate ! Thanks Luigi ! I can hardly wait to start washing ! T, thanks ! you've got to know that your work was a big inspiration ! Thank you Ski ! The crackled effect is a welcome side effect coming from the hair spray. Best regards ! AG.

If I didn't know its size you'd have fooled me. Like all your stunning models, it looks much bigger than it is .

Thanks so much for the positive vibes you're giving me my friends !!! This is what I did today, doors, interior, tires... I wanted to give the FAT its good ol' olive drabby color inside. Still much more to come... Best regards ! AG.

Thanks mates ! The floor plate part was treated today, the same way as I did the body. I went to the next step immediately and airbrushed on a thin, matt layer of brown where needed. I repeted that also on the body, to keep things visually connected. This detail shot shows the very fine rusty surface on the mud guard. It also worked well on the doorstep :

Luigi, I believe it worked well indeed. Thanks bro ! Dicky, I like the effect of colors, that's why I picked the blue of the body instead of a military color. Thanks a lot mate ! Andy, thanks ! I'm a scary Guy ! Leon, that's good news my friend ! There's more news of the rust front : WASH time... Best regards ! AG.

Hey Luigi, the wash does the thing, and we all know how simple it is to apply one.
