Thanks for the support fellas. I'm thinking about entering the Big Spring Contest over at SMA, If I do, I'll have to put this one on hold for a bit.

Stay at it BJ, can't let it get the best of you. T's recipe sounds like the right plan to me.

Don’t mean to hog in on the party here but I just had to take all the paint off a model and found the isopropyl alcohol will easily remove Tamiya acrylic paint right down to the base styrene. It takes a few seconds soak time to soften it but then it will just wipe right off.

Hey Teabone, Thanks for the inforomation. I'll give that a try.
On another note, I have seen some goofy stuff happen when you copy text from pro boards, It always seams to add extra junk, so I simply use the backspace and get rid of it before I hit replay.

BigJohn
For about two weeks now I have noticed on a number of posting sites not just models that there are many red lettered hot link sites that are issuing a lot of pop ups. I'm far, far from being a conspiracy type person but it does seem strange and if I did believe in conspiracies Id be looking over my shoulder until I here an explanation for all those hot links all of a sudden.

That's all html and php coding lines that shouldn't be part of your post. Looks like the ProBoards posting page is having some trouble parsing your submitted posts as the formatting isn't getting processed and instead is showing up in the body of the text. What browser and OS are you using teabone?

I'm using the same system and browser and haven't experienced any of the issues you mention teabone, so it's either just a momentary glitch or something that's different on your system.

I did see the text post event you spoke of in one of your earlier posts so don't worry about losing your sanity. Now as for the price of me keeping quiet, that's another matter entirely! I can not believe it but I figured out the embedded part. I have two computers, one being a desktop and a new one being a laptop that I use downstairs in the evening. My desktop using Win 7 and explorer I find no embedded hyperlinks on any sight. When I switch to my laptop using Win 8 and foxfire 19 its hyperlinks everywhere. I found where an add on named "Adblocker Plus" will stop that but I loaded it a few minutes ago and still get the hyperlinks, so ............. BigJohn is going to have to forgive me for hijacking his blog, I will not post anymore of this ghost chasing except on one of my blogs.

One thing I thought this kit desperately needed was better wheel. After searching for after market wheels, the only thing for the WC series trucks I could find had snow chains on them. I wasn’t real crazy about the chains, so I contacted Steve Reid at Celticwerks. He was able to take care of some wheels for me. I had to share this because I believe they are the best wheels I have ever seen cast in resin. If you need custom cast pieces, give Steve a try. He really does excellent work!!
