After my Klingon Cruiser build, I decided to make my next knock the rust off project a cheap Tamiya PZII Ausf G I picked up at Hobby Lobby for about 8 bucks (40% discount rocks). This was a straight OOB build
I didn't take any WIP pics of this one.
Here is the finished model. I hesitate to post this because frankly the quality of the work around here is a bit intimidating. So many of you are phenomenal artisan's that I feel like I'm turning in a finger painting for Van Gogh to review. That being said, I would very much value any constructive comments you have, I want to get better at this and getting feedback from you guys would be both valued and appreciated.
This is the first Armor model I've built in over 10 years and it was also my first time to work with pigments and washes on armor.
I base coated it in Vallejo Dunkelgelb primer, then topped that with Tamiya Desert Yellow. Added a light dusting of Tamiya buff along the way. Used AK's wash for NATO vehicles and Vallejo pigments to add the weathering.
