Ok got some pics here! First I'll start with our Medal winners then move on to show pics!


First is my son Tyler (modelnut4) with his Gold in the Juniors for his Strumtiger! Very proud of him!


Next is Phil (Panzerman75) with Gold in armor for his King Tiggy!


And finally a Silver in armor for my Wittmann's Last Tiggy


and Bronze for my P-51 Passion Wagon in the show theme catagory

I'm glad you guys had a good time; thanks for making the trip. Alwsys a pleasure to see Marc and Mia, but never long enough. Best of Show was by Bill Grigg who's been buildling for ages. he prides himself in making up the stories that go with his kits. My travelloing companion and a few others had supper with him after the show and he was telling us how he overheard a couple guys discussing the palne he depeicted and how they had run out of money to restore it, etc. The really funny part is that he made up the story from whole cloth! He'd sonethe same with a U Boat dio a few years ago, knowingly making up all kinds of "facts." As a result, his model was a major discussion point on the internet and the originator of teh research disproving his story confronted him at a later show, never realizing it was a spoof. Congrats on your awards, raffle wins and purchases. I did get an AK rust set from RedFrog (thanks for the advice, Rob.)Hope to see you again next year (and at tother shows along the way.)

Nice pics Pete there were a lot of great models there, Tyler you did a great job on the shturmie congrats man keep up the great work. Ti meant to say gold gong next time I see you I have to ask you advice on doing a diorama. like I said before it was great to see the guys and hangout and just relax for the day I had a blastand all you guys rock. \m/

Hmmmmm, Blinder pics...I don't think I have any. It's still packed away in the transport crate (still have one more spring show to hit in two weekends), I'll try to get a shot of it tomorrow. Doesn't look like the weather's going to be good enough for riding, so I'll be around the bench once I get home anyway.
