Need Help - Unidentified Figure!

Hi Fellas,

I bought this kit a couple years back at a show. The box has no identification of who the maker is - or even what scale it is for that matter (I think 120mm...). Actually there is no writing on the outside (or inside) of the box whatsoever. Anybody recognize this and have any info on it? Thanks in advance!
