Can any one tell me why sometimes I have the blinking line at the end of my text line showing Me where I am at in the line, and sometimes not, making it hard to know where your next letter will show up in the text line? For example, the first post i did tonight had no cursor, and when I typed this one it did.Jeff T.

This is one of the ProBoard mysteries Jeff. It happens to me too... Do you think it has anything to do with the browser that you use? I'm using IE.Does Mozilla work better do you know? Jeff T. Now that's interesting, when I first posted this reply, there was no cursor, then when I clicked on edit to correct some spelling,I have the cursor Jeff T.

I use FF at home and have little to no issues..at work I loose the cursor often, which is IE. I know the Boss has been switching some thing s around and adding various items and this typically should not affect this at all.

I've seen the same issue pop up when I use Chrome, so it's not something that's strictly IE related.

I use FF Jeff and it's a LOT better than IE and Chrome from what I've heard....not perfect but BETTER! Don't panic too much about quirky behaviour, there are so many tweaks goin' on behind the scenes at Proboards we could have minor issues for a little while yet. Any other quirky behaviour is purely and simply down to the other members fella Yo Dicky,I'm not panicing, although I think I have found a pattern. It seems that my first post of a session has no cursor, but then the rest of my posts in that session do. I have not noticed any quirky behaviour by members on this on this site....... Wait a minute, maybe I just did. OMG, AM I QUIRKY I may try Mozilla, just to see how they compair.Jeff T.

No zoom feature for me Boo. The cursor disappearing act usually happens when I try to edit a Quick Reply that I've already started or on occasion when I am doing a full reply but doing copy/paste. It's not a huge deal and not an all-the-time occurrence on my end.

It never happened to me, but I mostly don't use IE unless I have to (i.e. at work)
