Well, here it is. My latest offense... One of the less common trucks in German service during WWII. This is the CMK conversion for the Tamiya Steyr 1500, containing the cargo bed and a closed cab. Also installed the engine from CMK and some PE from Aber and Verlinden. It was awarded a bronze medal at the 2013 Model Show on the old airfield in Oberschleissheim near Munich, Bavaria. Hope you like it! I have more pictures, but only on my disc, so I guess I'm limited to the three attachments per post...

Nice job, Tobi. It's an interesting vehicle, different from the clasic Steyr 1500

nice model, tho there's not enough mud on it for my liking Got meself a Steyr Kommandeur the other day -- I'll be doing the rare hard-top version but may have to get more of these kits. I can recommend Lead Warrior's Steyr conversions - fantastic quality & fast service. Hi Ray, I'm looking forward to see your finished Steyr (and the mud on it)! I have to say these Lead Warrior kits are looking good. The cabin is much more accurate compared to the CMK model. Also the twin wheels are already included. I had to source them from another Tamiya Steyr for building the 2ton variant. Ambulance version is very temting...
@all: Thanks for your congrats!

Thanks again Leon!
I really try to evolve and refine my style with every single model, rather than following any routine.
Hampers the annual output considerably, but satisfies me more.

Nice Tobi! Got to love all the stencil work on the stowage in the back, love seeing little details like that in a build.
