So this weekend as most know is Easter.This year the wife and I are travelers,heading to New Ulm Mn. about seven hrs travel time given our liesurely pace.My oldest step-son and his wife are having us as thier guests for the wknd. So whats the rest of the crew up to.Besides Easter egg hunts?

Model building of course! Weekends = extra bench time. No kids so no need to do anything special for Easter in that department but I will indulge just a little bit with the traditional Cadbury Creme Eggs.

I was informed that I will be fixing up hog pens. My kids have livestock for 4-H and FFA. So, I must attend to livestock issues this weekend.

Ill attend my nephews sons Easter egg hunt and probably have a nice meal and hope like Heck i dont have to suit up as the Easter Bunny himself. Other than that.....BENCH TIME!!!

Plan is to go to Old Sturbridge Village to use up passes given to us by friends. Weather should be nice so it's probably a top down drive. Saturday evening is a bicycle club banquet. Today looks like the first ride of the season.

returned last nite bout ten from circumnavigating this great state of minnesota,toured the August Schell brewery,oldest in Mn. est.1860.Sampled seven different brews and liked them all.Toured the homes that were built in the late 1800's,marvelous brick structures built with that german flair.Great to be home though.
