Marder III

[Momcha]

This project was started last year inscale.org/pub/index.php?topic=2105.msg8475;topicseen#new and I finally get some free time and inspiration to move with it. I added new grass and painted it. Fence is also added as some details like water well, axe with small trees for fire...You can notice that snow is not added everywhere. When I finish with roof weathering and figures, more snow will be added. Still have much to do but here are first pictures of last few days work.

@luigi: I use white glue and natrium soda for snow.

Almost finished, few more details need to be added and I hope to finish it soon.

Great build! Everything looks absolutely fantastic, barring one small item. It may just be me, but the barrel support seems out of place. It's finish is just so much different from the rest of the vehicle I have a hard time not staring at it. Besides that, I find the rest of the scene superb.

afvfan: You have good eye, it is different, because it was not attached when I was making white wash. It stay in panzer gray color and it was only washed with dark shades.

Wow, this looks great! Didn't see anything about materials used - assuming that's the Tamiya Marder, how about all of the figs?

That is a great display for the Marder. I like the way the figures are spaced, almost on top of one another, ready to attack, but also waery of any enemy fire headed their way!

Figures are from Dragon: Winter Combat, Winters Onset, Blue Div., Hornet heads and Alpine Min.
House is a scratch built (wooden coffee sticks), same as water well.
