I will have her at the shop Andy. I'm pretty sure you'll like her (even unfinished).

As long as you're gentle Andy. Tony, The welds are styrene rod roughed up with a Dremel tool after the glue dried. Thanks for looking in.

Sorry for the delay in updating. My sciatic nerves have been really bothering me for the past 10 days (result of a car accident). I hope to be back at the bench today, with updates very soon. Thank you all for your patience and support.

Thanks Tony. When they go, it is basically a few days of extreme pain followed by a few more of discomfort. I can actually sit today, so parts are heading Katy's way.

Thanks Luigi. I still have about 30 parts to make, but after somewhere in the vicinity of 13,000 already on, they shouldn't take too long.

Well I have no sciatic problem holding me back but it seems that beside being lazy there have been a number of issues hindering my participation here with some of the greatest model builders whoever melted some styrene and I'm sorry. I will make every effort to get by everyday or two until I can go full time. I see from the mom for October there was some very serious builds which all deserved recognition. The only thing I worry about when I see that level of competition are hurt feelings for those that did not win but put their heart and soul in the effort.
Bruce
Those welds look so much like real Great Patriotic War welds I had to look twice to make sure you had not slipped in some pics of the real thing, great effect. I hope you sciatica is giving you some peace, as a sufferer of a long term disability I know what a drag that can be. Watching for the next part.

Hello All, After far too long, Katy is finally sitting on her tires. I do have to make a few tweaks, but she is starting to get really close to completion. Thanks to all of you again.

The curse of scale model building has to be FIT I am very slowly overcoming my Humber fit problems, maybe today I can move on to the turret.

That is good to hear Bones. I look forward to more. Well, I spent the better part of two days trying to figure out why the launcher was hitting the cab. The reason was I was looking at pictures of a very early vehicle instead of the slightly later one. I admit I felt like a bit of a fool when I realized the whole launcher was raised about 8 inches off of the actual bed of the truck. I managed to get the basic box built. Of course, I had to see what the whole thing was going look like. I kinda like the results. Thanks for looking in.
