Looking really good so far, Mel.
I had a Tristar Mk I once, until I looked at the track system. After realizing what was involved in putting them together, I just closed the box and sold it. It was way more than I wanted to get into.

That first top-down pic looked awfully green, but all the subsequent photos seem to be color spot-on.
Loving the weathering...especially on the glacis. Are you using a sponge for some of your chipping?

This was my first DAK vehicle, but will definitely wont be my last, the painting and weathering was a blast! Aside from the killer shots in the sun that show the spot on color, was the excerpt from your statement.....that is what it is all about right there!!! ....1st DAK ...Loved it enough to go back ...Had a blast!!! Period!!!
