Thanks guys, I have now finished the vampire and it turned out rather well apart from it being a tail sitter! I think that the weight I did add was too far back. My own fault for not checking during the build!! I gave it a light panel wash with oils and finished off with tamiya smoke then a matt varnish. I think it's a great OTB build well worth the small price for the kit.

sweet looking little plane. the only thing that would scare me about flying it is where the heat from the engine comes out. that tail plane must have been some heavy duty material.

Pete...I have to say,you've done a cracking job on this little lady!!! I might have to see my way to getting one of these Trumpy kits.I have the old Classic Airframes ones of this and the Venom.
