Mac - I like the look. The variation turned out very well. These are acrylic? Did you use their contrast & desaturation set for this work, or mix your own variation of colors?

Nice work on the Brummie. As for brown vs. green, that was usually just down to time of year as to which was used for the pattern so I say go for it if you want it green!

Thanks guys as said this is a bit of a test for me i did a base of Gelbbraun then i modulated hi spots with sand i then used the dark yellow from the AK sand modulation set for deeper shadow then i misted it over with the sand. I did not pre shade as my methods are changing at the moment cam will be a loose line type green camo i will probably use Mr Hobby colour for this.  DSC07738 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. . I was a bit worried that the cam might be wrong, but some research found quiet a few different marks with panzer regiment 19 on the eastern front.
