Tobias that is some awesome work.The turret looks spot on.Your painting skills are outstanding.That's a winner in my book. Agreed! This is great stuff! I love the effect you've obtained on the turret on the joints where the torch cutting and welding would have given that burnt greyish white appearance. Really impressive Tobias! Ben |

Now this is why I can't make stuff look like this - without ever seeing the "intermediate" steps that it took to get the final product, I would NEVER have tried any of the techniques you've got there. Shoot, even after seeing them I'm scared to try them! :0

I'd say the technique worked out very well for you Tobias! I admit that this look is a lot better in terms of going with the hull vs. a red oxide finished turret any day.

I like the rust effect on the exhaust. That is one area I would like to improve on my models. Good work so far it will be terrific when finished
