Hey Gents,I'v been having a hard time finding Tamiya's liquid light grey primer in the bottle.None of the 3 vendors I use have it in stock. Two of them don't even have it on their website anymore.Anybody know what's going on with this? Thanks. Jeff T.

I don't even know of this? I know of their White Liquid Surface Primer in the square bottle, but the only other primers I've ever seen from them are rattlecans.
Sprue Bros. has a bunch of Gunze Mr. Surfacer in stock at the moment - definitely a worthy alternative.

Hey Jeff, I use the Tamiya grey surface primer in the bottle as well. My Local HS usually keeps it in stock so im not sure about availability. you can use Mr. Surfacer 1000 or 1200 and thin with Klean Strip Lacquer thinner or Tamiya Lacquer thinner. Works great!

Thanks Brotha G. I will have to try some. You might want to think about stocking up on the Tamiya stuff if your LHS has it cause Scalehobbyist,Squadron, and Spruebrothers don't have any and have no idea as to when they'll get more Jeff T.
