COMPLETED: "Apocalypse Now! 1978 A.D." - 28 mm

Welcome to my actual "End Of Days" project. Most of the figures are from "Reaper Miniatures", ordered at www.battlefield-berlin.de. Good stuff they have! A Tamiya Komatsu was "slaughtered" as well as a Tamiya 11CV, both were tortured with some hair spray, real rust from my actual car and so on. Even a scrap statue was... well, scrapped and painted like stone. Too much details to tell - if you have any questions, please feel free to ask

The base... former times an original WW2 officers Casino entrance sign. Or so theysay. Too rusty to sell it, but I didnt want it to stay in a corner.

Spontaneous idea after watching the making of "Alien III" - the Crew had an internal contest for the best scrap cross shown at the beginning. Well, why not one in 28mm?!













and last but not least... some partly scratched and drilled telegraph poles - added some guitar strings here.

Thanks Leon... Changed the year btw [1978 instead of 2091] - that 11CV fits better there. And 1978 is the year Romero made "Dawn of the Dead"
