Funny thing... History TV show did a story about her. I knew nothing about her but not anymore. Too bad the Romans won at the end but she did her best to kick 'em off the island. Looking forward to your updates mate...

Cheers Bill, crossed eyed now Many thanks Dennis glad you dropped by Dicky cheers mush, more words to add to the Dicktionary , see what i did there Andy, yeah i watched it some time ago, unfortunately she wasnt a very good tactition, greater numbers dont always equal victory Went back to the chariot and managed to get the other side done and the first wheel, ive painted a pattern on the wheel and then distressed it to try and make it look worn. Still a bit of work to do on them yet, i think they still look too new, The tyre was done with enamel metal cote all for now Paul

Cheers Leon, yep quite artistic these celts Many thanks Luigi Fanx mush Made a start on the platform, i think this will be just as bad to paint as the tartan, i have started the strapping and then the shading and highlighting on each crossover part , i need to get the wood looking a bit more worn where people would have got on and off it so loads to do more to follow Paul

What type of paint ie oils, enamels did you use for the wheels Paul? and what colour? That yellow look is what I need for my Cutty Sark wood

This is a magnificient build sir!
Robbo - take Pauls mix and then coat it with Tamiya Clear Orange. That yields a good "varnished" look like what you want.
