A brush paint job like that is really a work of art, the rust on the wheels looks as real as it gets. What kit is this from?

With results like that - NO you don't!!! Badger and Iwata and the rest must HATE people like you!!! HaHa...Good one Dicky. If it wasn't for spray cans being expensive, I probably won't be bothered. But we just bought a house so space would be no issue.

Thanks for the comment. I bought it cheap at a show. It is from Zvezda. Zvezda certainly produces a lot of the home town stuff I just wish they would get up to date on the molding because they do have some nice subjects. You have really done this one with a nice touch.

I just took another long look at the top picture and cant say enough about the paint job and detail. I always remeber the stories about how Soviet citizens had to take the windscreen wipers off after parking or else they would be stolen and yours has the wipers missing what a touch.

You need to check out Zvezda's recent offerings Bones...their Maultier HT was an absolute pearl of a kit and their T90 MBT is popularly accepted as one of the best styrene mouldings of recent years - if you have experience of their old stuff, forget it, that's ancient history Zvezda are now duking it out with the best of them.... Dicky. Thanks for this. I will check it out. The pic of the turret looks really nice.

That is good news but still leaves one with the question at what point did the change and which kits still have cancer and which ones are good to build.

Sorry IK - Bit of a hijack there....what's next on yer bench fella? No worries. I'm all good. WE are moving to a bigger home so Ill have my own hobby room. Got some things planned on the 1/24th side. So I will have to wait until I get settled in before building any more 1/24. In the meantime I will am putting the finishing touches on the 'Get it working' dio and I just finished a British Land Rover in military colors. Nothing fancy, just an OOB build. Will post in a few minutes.

Thanks Boots. BTW, like the username. That's is what my family calls me. It was given to me by my aunt who used to call my dad that when he was little because everyone was named Charles in the family.
