The reduced ammo load looks good to me Tony. Only small suggestion would be to do away with the 'leaning' 88 round but keep the one that's 'flat' and out on the gun. That would mean only 7 rounds but they would all look they 'belong' IMHO. Either that or move it to fit into the 2nd slot under the first one so they both are in the same position? Just a thought.

tony my foggy brain says that in times of desperation a gun crew might go with as much ammo as they could stack without knocking it down or being prevented from moving. with that being said she is looking very good and with the ammo rearranged it looks realistic.

Tony, I can't say more than what the other guys said. Stunning build, I saw it on facebook while in Belgium and only now I saw it in all its splendour Regarding the shells, it all depends on what your depicting. If they are to stop a wave of KVs or JS, maybe the first load can be right, but if they have to fight in ordinary condition the second one looks better in my humble opinion.

I have always wanted one of these and ordered mine from Chine with a 5 day delivery across the world, pretty good. Big box filled with parts and this thread will be very useful in building it. Very Nice build Tony hope I can match it Bill :-)

Howdy Folks No gun detail painting, too much coffee. I didn't have to buy another Bronco kit after all because the one I was going to buy was donated to the project by a very nice guy on one of my other forums. The chassis was already mostly assembled and I had to pry out the Flak 41 base plate. Judging from the period photos the Flak 37 doesn't look to be mounted flat on the deck so I cut the 41 base down so it was about half the original height placing the 37 about the height in the war photos. Hope your weekend was productive for you Tony lee

Man, what a difference between the Flak 37 and the 41 in terms of sheer size! Glad you were able to get the 2nd vehicle easily Mr. T, looking might fine there.

Andy Wheels ready for paint, axles adjusted for alignment, Casement walls assembled and tracks are being built today. Will have to paint lower hull and wheels tomorrow so they will be ready for track fitting when they're done. Very full day between the "come here a minute" calls. Tony lee

Paint Paint Tracks almost done and after the wheels sit overnight i'll wrap the tracks and see how far off I am. Need to go grocery shopping in the morning. Haven't done that in years, TV dinners and pot pies are on top of the list. Tony lee
