Thanks all! I still have four more hinges to do for the front fenders. Now that I've got the hang, I'm not that worried...I kinda want them looking beat to hell anyway!

More fiddly work last night on the stowage box clasps.

I've basically reached the end of the "build" phase of things. Still need to fold up the front fenders and the side skirts, but those won't be going on until the running gear and tracks are in place. So once they're done I'll be moving on to Friul and wheel duty post haste.

Took on the side skirts last night. I was going to leave them off until near the end, but they're glued a bit precariously and don't really obscure the track in any way, so I decided what the hey, go for it.
