Sounds like you may not have gotten the little inserts that go inside the hubs trapped correctly relative to the tapers on the suspension arms Ben, that's the only thing that would prevent them from going all the way onto the arms like they should. The line-up with the sprockets and idlers is crucial since these don't have return rollers and the tracks rest on top of the road wheels, so make sure you get it all lined up properly. Adding the weight of the Fruils without them being lined up right will cause your track to torque and the sprockets in particular might not be able to take that since their mount points are not that strong.

Hello Ben, Sounds like there may have been a case of "Summer Flu" making the rounds. This version of the flu is often quelled by varying amounts of a cold beverage often made with hops and barley. You know, so as to avoid heat prostration. You've done some smashing work here. Bronco's kits have certainly matured nicely. Some of the earlier offerings were a bit rough in places. Their stuff now is amazing. Some assemblies may be over engineered but, if you have a raging case of AMS, it is just the thing to to treat your condition. Keep up the solid work. Dave

Cheers Dave! I had a nightmare with the arms Bill so that's probably the issue. I'll look into it matey. I might be putting this build on hold for 2 or 3 months as I really want to build that SiG. I've got her all sealed in a tub with the turret/Friuls/tools etc so I might hold fire on this one to hit that SiG - I want to build that so badly! I'll have to see what I can do with the arms as them wheels are not looking too clever as they are - I can pick up a replacement new kit for a tenner and everything is nearly done. I'd rather spend £10 and do the hull again and get it right as I love this kit - while I'm at it I might order the 'J' too! Thanks buddy - great help as ever! Ben
