I gotta say, I really enjoyed doing this. I've still got lots to learn, and plan on picking up more to work on when I can. This was a Russian Tanker from a company called Stalingrad. Excellent sculpting and casting really made things go a lot better for me than I had thought possible. I used all Vallejo acrylics. The dirt on the knees and boots is Mig pigment. Probably a bit too light. I plan to do a base eventually and if I need to change color then, I will do it. But for know this is how he looks. I'm going to keep practicing, and hopefully get better. After doing this I have tons of respect for guys that can paint these well, and even more for the guys that sculpt them. I have no idea how they do it! Anyway, here's my man, all mad about something..... Thanks for looking! Clay

Lol, somebody jacked his tracks! Nice work clay! Ive only done a couple of figures myself, but after reading "modelling Waffen SS figures " that was recommended on MSC, I picked up some German figures with Camo smocks that I will try my hand at.

Well to be honest from the looks of it he doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed But I do like your paint work. Cheers
