Yep used the instructions from here mate, maybe a settings problem at my end, i'll consult with "her indoors" she'll fix it for me lol! One of my fav's too, vallejo air black and mig gunmetal pigment turns a plastic MG34 into a real one!

Nice job Beast - that is an impressive lump of model right there, can't comment on the accuracy or owt as I'm allergic to Axis armour but I do love good modelling and this seems to tick that box sir I really wanna go at 1/16 and this hasn't helped in resisting the urge Thanks mate, well it was always 1/35 for me and i'd done a couple of tanks in that scale just to get me back into it after many years. Last summer i spotted AFV magazine and the editor was coming to the end of his 1/16 build and that basically inspired me to give it a go. I did loads of research into KT's and i also used Dave Parker's articles as a guide, especially with the interior as up to that point it was somewhat a mystery. I was highly impressed with the trumpeter kit, the quality was simply awesome, yeah there were several inaccuracies with it as highlighted with Dave Parker's kit, almost all with the interior but there are plenty upgrade parts to make your kit as accurate as possible. It's a great challenge to any modeler imo and it takes a lot of thought and research into how your actually going to put the over 1800 parts together with a coat of paint! I'd go for it mate, their US half track looks great and i'm just waiting on delivery of the T-34/85, can't wait!

A real first rate build, mate. Mighty impressive stuff. Looking forward to seeing that T-34!!! p.s. You must have some large shelves to display these goliaths

You must have some large shelves to display these goliaths Haha, that's turned out to be a bit of a problem mate, i'm not sure where to put it yet!!!! I did suggest to my wife that it would look awesome in our living room but that was quickly bombed out, the camo pattern doesn't match the magnolia or something she said ! I'm waiting on a solid oak plinth arriving for it, it's 600mm x 400mm! Have to be extra careful moving it too, it weighs a few kg's!

You're a braver man than I am... If I asked the misses about displaying one of my builds in the living room, I've a fair idea where it would end up
