Oh boy! Is that a Corsair I see I just ordered my Tamiya 1/32 Corsair... Hmm... Maybe I'll grab a 1/48 to play with a scene like this lol... Don't wanna destroy the 1/32 Got the Tamiya 1/32 Spit XVIe coming too... Can't wait. Really loving the wingys I'll be posting my progress of the 1/32 P51D soon... Great times!!

Moose I don't think it's a corsair, not quite sure what it is, but it doesn't have gull wings. Looking forward to those big birds of yours. I may get a B-25 to play around with when I hit a show in Nov.got ship fever at the moment,,lol

Chris, I posted these on fb and Pete said it's the A1 Skyraider. Makes sense now. The wheel cover thingie and shape of the fuselage don't look like the aircraft I first thought it was.

That first piccie is a Spad....just don't ask me Which one!! Just had another look, and it doesn't appear to have the additional armour plate around the CP,so it may be an early one??

I think that cos of the angle of the piccie, the cowl looks round, but if you look at the exhaust deflector, and the air intake on top of the cowl, and the tail feathers, without the rudder,I reckon it's a Spad?
hey Boss, that's one of the later versions, methinks?

I also have a couple of 1/48 Mitchells (group build anyone) but really want a larger kit... like 1/32 or even 1/16 would be best! Nice pictures everyone! Jeff
