Chaps.
Well, my trusty £10 ebay purchase is fast heading for the AB Graveyard and my thoughts turn to a slightly better one to replace it.
So, can anybody suggest a possible purchase based around the following Prof proof needs...
1. Price range no more than £50 - £60. 2. Capable of fine lines as well as general coverage. 3. MUST be easy to clean and maintain. 4. Parts must be easily available. 5. Gravity fed preferred.
As you will know I'm hardly the worlds best ABer but I need to start upping my game and although I appreciate that a bad workman always blames his tools, I know my old AB really isn't up to the job. Welcoming thoughts and suggestions...

I would like to suggest the Iwata Eclipse HP-CS. I also have an Iwata HP-C Plus and an Iwata Revolution CR. They all their own purposes. My fave is the Eclipse because its all round performance and the easiest to clean. The larger nozzle makes it so, the other two air brushes have tiny nozzles that require a small wrench to loosen and tighten during the the cleaning process. Another choice would be the Devilbiss Dagger DGR-501G-35, similar to the Iwata Eclipse but has a removable bowl and paint flow screw stop at the rear. All four airbrushes have gravity feed. The nice thing about gravity feed is less air pressure required compared to side cup like Badger Anthem. Hope this helps.

Man once I had an Aztek airbrush, totally crap, and expensive too. These days I work with a Harder&Steinbeck INFINITY 2in1. A fantastic pistol, cleans up very easy, assembles in seconds, sprays super controlled !

I have to agree with Guy, the H&S Infinity 2in1 is a superb ab in my mind. And you get two cups and two sizes of needle and nozzle as well Cheers

mmm...I just realised I got the Evolution in stead of the Infinity ;D...but the Inifinity is even better I think. Only little minus detail which I don't like about the Evolution is that you can't spray without the nozzle cap. The Infinity is a more enhanced version ^^
Cheers
