Hi All,

Me and the family mack finally got to the Southport air show today. We had a great day and got to see some stunning wingy things and rotary shtuff.

Here's some photos if your interested. My ferking battery went flat just before the typhoon and some others including the Merlin (bollocks)

Hi Mark,

To be honest I go for the choppers, the merlin was ace, the Black cat was just awesome. The Saber was just ace to see flying, the huey was unlisted on the program so when it came down the crowd line I think I dribbled a bit!!

Nice pics Mack!! Anymore where they came from? .....I've not seen the Black Cat display,but if it's anywhere near as good as the Blue Eagles Lynx,I bet it was awesome to watch!!
Good to see the Sabre in the air,I last saw it about 5 years ago at Duxford...

Begger me those pic are ace, I was more concerned with battery life and took a load of smudgy shots, In the back ground of yours was Miss Demeanour what a colour scheme. Outstanding against a blue background.

Mack,that last pic,was a high speed,low level,down the flightline,and you can see he has the canopy open!Just prior to that pic,he had been waving as well!!!!! (Missed that tho )

All I did with that pic,was crop it so it was central in the frame,and then take it back out to close to the original frame...,so I was slightly further away than the piccy suggests.



STILL trying to persuade Boo that he REALLY wants to do this paint job!! ......Ahhh Sheepdip,If I have to,I'll build the darn thing!!!!!
