Could someone who has the Kinetic M109A2 kit scan the painting instructions for the MERDC version at a fairly high resolution and send them to me? The AFV Club kit I'm building doesn't have the MERDC scheme and I can't find the pattern for the M109A2 on the Web despite several days of trying (I did find the pattern for the M109, but the A2's is slightly different because of the longer gun and turret configuration). Please help me out of you can. My email is dropsite4 [at] yahoo [dot] com. Thanks!
I did find the Kinetic instructions as a low-res image, but the quality is not good enough to enlarge and make paper masks out of.

DJ... Have you seen this site? sites.google.com/site/merdccamo/home/merdc-photos-1 It shows the differnt camo patterns in the basic MERDC scheme... I have the Italieri kit for the M109A1,2 E4 etc which includes several camo schemes, one I believe is the MERDC pattern...I could scan it for you. It's not in color though. Let me know... Paul

Paul--thanks for the site. Unfortunately it only has the cammo pattern for the M109. The M109A2's pattern is somewhat different because of the A2's longer barrel and different turret. As for the Italeri instructions, can you find the one that looks to be closest to the pattern on the MERDC site and is on the A2 variant and scan it? It would look like what Wingnut posted. It doesn't matter if it's black and white (after all, MERDC is designed to work with several different colors). I would really appreciate it! Wingnut--thanks, that's the low-res image I got. Unfortunately it's not good enough to make masks out of (or I'm not good enough with image programs to do it, which is another distinct possibility ).
