Okay here is my rendition of Italeris CMP Chevrolet 15 hundred weight. As most of you know this is a rebox of a 1970 series of kits produced by Max/Peerless who also did the well known Dodge WC54 ambulance and Bedford QL Portee. Once cleaned up the numerous sink marks etc, the kit goes together surprisingly well. The kit is out of the box with the exception of an Eduard "zoom" etched set and Hussar resin wheels which are lovely. The kit was sprayed with Tamiya khaki drab and weathered with humbrol enamels and AK interactive pastels. The markings are based on a photograph from the Imperial War Museum collection. And here is a photograph of a real one that was present at Westenhanger this year. [/font]
