This was a model started in 2012. Been kept for a long time and about a month I returned to work on it. Painted the landing gear and propellers. Then I started painting the model. The paints used are XF-81, 82 and 83 of Tamiya. First XF-83 Medium Sea Grey. After the Sea Grey. Then Dark Green. I am now applying shading. I hope you enjoy it. Regards ajcmac

Superb work Antonio, beautiful subtle weathering on the cockpit and bomb bay. Shading work on the fuselage is also very nicely done. I look forward to the next installment! Cheers, Sam

AJ, very impressive work. I didn't realize Tamiya had put so much interior detail into their kit. You've done an excellent job of shading. Looking forward to seeing more!

No words! Well, almost... I am most impressed by your build(s). Would love to know how on earth you do such great shadings on the outside and the cockpit. Sigh...

Nice job on the camo pattern and shading. Really shows off the Mossie's lines perfectly.

Thank you for your comments . Thomas_M and Rob. Use post-shading. Whenever I use one color I do two mixtures. A clearer. At base color with white. A darker. At base color with black. Base color 1/ white or black 0.5 / 4 thinner. In greens usually with yellow. Then apply the lighter color in the center of the panels and the darker color in the lines of the panels. Then I come back to apply lines, with the two colors and greater pressure on the compressor. Apply the colors on the wings towards the flight. In fuselage apply them vertically. Hope this helps. More advances. After a layer of Future, decals. Regards ajcmac

Nice work AJ. Love the camo work you did on this squeeter. Can you enlighten me on how you did the mask? It looks like masking tape layered on top of each other then pinched or formed on the edges to make the camo lines?
Interested to know as it turned out real well. Dave.
