Evening Ladies & Gents, My first post in god knows when... So, where have I been? Prison - nope. Dead - not quite. Third world back of beyond - check! Working too much - check! It's been that bad that when I finally sat down at the bench, I'd forgotten what to do! Anyway, something easy to get me back into it... "The Green Devil of Carentan". Nice & simple DML Conversion. Got to thank Andy for the idea for the fuel drum! OK, that's a start. Next up - "For the fuhrer!" In a way, this was even easier. Taken from the DML "Wiking at Kovel" set, all I did was to reposition the left arm and mess about with the gear a bit and here we are! Now we're moving! Next, something a bit more ambitious. "A day in Normandy". I've never attempted a running figure before so, this was a bit of a challenge. I mixed a few parts together, until I came up with the right pose then, I had to work out how the equipment would bounce about when running. I think I got it about there. Now, for those of you who aren't bored $*itless by now, here's one from the vaults... "To the last bullet". A few of you might remember the WIP pics for this one from about 18 months ago! This has been in more oven cleaner than I can remember! Never could get it right! Anyway, it's finally done! The more eagle-eyed among you may have noticed that I finally worked out how to use static grass! Only took me two years to work it out All the best Lads, Gary

Great to see you back Gary, great models, I particulary like the sense of movement you have got with your "Day in Normandy". Thanks for posting. Dennis

Can't add much to the above comments but I agree!
Painted in enamels/oils I presume?

Apologies for the late reply, Gents. Seems to be the story of my life lately. Only just got in from work now! Thanks for the comments, lads. Wasn't sure how they would go down. Paul - All acrylics. Yes, I'm still getting the shine on them. I've got a light tent on order, so with a bit of luck I might be able to take better pics at some point? I've got another build on at the moment so, if anyone wants to see some WIP's, I'll get them up in another thread? Let me know. Anyway, time for bed! All the best lads, Gary
