After my brief foray into the Allied forum with my Somua S35 (can be seen here: modelerssocialclub.proboards.com/thread/5967/somua-heller-tracks-final-photos ) I'm back in my comfort zone. This time around it's a captured Hotchkiss H39 armed with four 28cm rockets. It's Bronco's kit, number CB35002, in 1/35 scale. It's been pretty much built out of the box.
The kit is an older one. It comes with a partial interior (drive train and driver's position) that's pretty nice except for the fact that the driver's section would need an extensive reworking if you planned on adding a figure there. For some reason that area is more the size it would be if were a 1/48 model. Overall fit of the parts is good with only minor filler needed. The mount for the spare wheel is not included (though it is shown on the instructions). The individual link tracks are molded well, but are a bit fiddly to work with.
