There we go!! Looks like it's heading to Stowe, MA...about 25 minutes North from me. Conor attends the reenactment show each year...he may know a few individuals..  Sounds like a good ole time for the future!!! |

Yeah but they're going to sell off 2/3rd of the collection so you can enjoy what's left of it. Tony lee I imagine there's enough fairly common things that they could sell off in the collection without hurting the true core too badly. I know they are doing it to preserve the balance, but it'd be nice if they could follow two simple guidelines: museums and collections open to the public get first crack, and none of the vehicles leave the US. Yeah, I know, it'll never go down like that, but it sure would be nice. |

I am 45 minutes away from the place now have been their a few times I have to say what a collection of armor sad to see it leave here just hope they keep the core of the collection together
If any of you get a chance to see the panther in person you will not be disappointed

Holy panzerschreck Batman! And I thought this post was going to mention our new record of 2 Octobers without crippling snow storms. That's awesome. Looks like the Panther is the same one from tank overhaul. But sell 2/3 of it? Now I'm sad.

Since I missed my chance to go to Aberdeen the 3h 50m drive will be worth it and will come to pass. It will make a nice trip to see some family in Narraganset, on to Stow and over to Boston, which I have yet to go to .
