Gary i used MM high gloss clear coat .The LHS was out of the Tamiya gloss.I'm really lovin it.

Tobi - I sent Leon my wallet....he's gonna shake that over it!!!! Creepy! Is that the true reason for your scratch-work? You actually can't afford to buy a model kit? Have fun with the oils Leon and don't forget to prepare them on a piece of cardboard. The linseed oil gets absorbed and the colors dry faster and without gloss. Cheers, Tobi

Evening guys,just a small update.Decided to wait til the weekend to start dusting the old girl.Started painting the crew and still have a bit more to do.Sorry the pic isn't that great,still trying to figure out how to get a good close up pic. Thanks for looking,as always,ACW.

Leon, does your picture software have a crop feature? If so you can back up a little bit, take the pic and then crop the photo. That's what I do with a lot of my 1/72nd pics to get a good close up. Oh, and by the way, those figgies look AWESOME.
