Fraud Alert

Last September, I ordered a resin kit from Don Theune aka Reliable Resin. After over a year of excuses, he hasn't delivered the kit or a refund. I Have checked back and found numerous complaints against him, dating back to 2009. Only wish I had read then only wish I had read them sooner. I'd be $76.00 richer.

Bruce, sorry to hear that! Thanks for the heads up on this guy. I sure hope you recoup your money. Behavior like that will catch up with that fella.....what goes around come around..........

Cant say I would of ordered from him as Im only into armour really but its sad to hear that these things go on in such a friendly hobby . Lets face it on the internet we modellers are plenty but in life we are few which is what makes is more of ' comrades '. I hope he reads this threads and re-thinks his actions and that you get some sort of compensation .

Im probably stating the obvious, but if you paid on your credit card your covered for fraudulent traders! Hope you get it sorted

Even with a card there is a chance there is a time limit on claims - need to check what it is in your jurisdiction.

I paid through Pay Pal over a year ago. Afraid it's a total loss. He's the only Vendor who has screwed me over intentionally. I will go on record and file a claim with them. Think he was already kicked of Ebay.
