Hi chaps. Finally the Falke diorama is complete! Was loads of fun to build it and most of the time the Falke was no troubleshooter at all. Not the case with the figures, that caused a little bit headache. I planned some other figures for it initially, except the pilot. And came up with Mrs. Amelia Steam. Unfortunately, she didnt feel very well right before the photoshooting and disappeared somewhere else. Dont worry, shes alright! So I was forced to make pics without her. I hope thats okay for you. Freiberg (Saxony), the town where I live, features the oldest montane university of the world. We have several mines here, its open for all visitors who are interested in mining, be it students, tourists or... modelers. The pictures were taken at the local mine "Alte Elisabeth", wheres plenty of plane areas, grass, rotten wheels and technical stuff etc. - just perfect for a shoot with the Falke. Heres a link to the mine:www.besucherbergwerk-freiberg.de/alteelli.htmAnd here one for the WIP:modelerssocialclub.proboards.com/thread/6755/full-metal-falke-hasegawas-dioramaNuff said, here are the pictures: Falke solo:

Well, there was a cartain "Space Dog" resine figure that would have fitted even better. Too expensive, really. So I took this little guy - its a repainted Schleich toy figure in the fitting scale - and it costs 3,95 € only

Most impressive work. The camo paint job is outstanding and looks the part. Dog and other ground detail make the scene more....ah...human. The black and white pictures are good for mood, but you true skills are better shown,in IMHO, in the color picts.
