COQUITO RECIPE
(Puerto Rican Egg Nog)



Ingredients:

1 Litter of Don Q Crystal (White) Rum
2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Cans of Evaporated Milk
2 Cans of Cream of Coconut (Goya brand is cheaper than Coco Lopez)
6 Egg Yolks
Cinnamon Sticks
Cloves
Empty bottles (wine, ice tea, etc.)



Mix half of the ingredients in the blender except the rum. Empty blender into a larger container and add half of the rum. Put 1 cinnamon stick and 3 or 4 cloves in each empty bottle, and then fill the bottles. Needs to be refrigerated. Before serving, shake well……. and enjoy!

It should last 2 to 3 months if you keep refrigerated.

I like the fact that the last ingredient require are other empty bottles, it means the cook/prepper is already well 'lubricated' prior!

A very lovely lady at work e-mailed me that recipe and description and i think she only had a small blender so it had to be done in batches but you do use all the ingredients

I got a 1,75ml bottle of booze and have a an extra can of everything for my batch

because as you all know, you can never have enough booze at Christmas.

Trust me, if you try this you will be hooked and wish you had extra ingredients when its all gone, like i have done every year that I've made it, so this year I'm pre-paired.
