The white circles are hit marks. They can be seen on many knocked out AFV's. Well you get the picture . I decided to add them to make it more interesting Thnx for the feedbacks guys!

Great work so far. Most of the tanks on this photos are from Battle of Balaton, Hungary. Red army destroyed a huge number of German AFVs, so Stalin order to mark them, count them and photograph them for history.

Thnx guys, glad you like it so far. Still a lot to do in my eyes but were getting there..
Groundwork base is made of filler and sand. After that i used water thinned white glue and sprinkled sand and a little pigments on it. I used different types of sand to get t hat random effect. When a the glue start to dry i gently blend it all together and tried to keep the sand structure. For the vegetation i used little roots from the garden.
