As is traditional at the end of the year, here's what rolled off my bench in 2013. 5 builds in total, not a bad haul considering, and a more diverse set than in previous years for sure. Hope you all have a Happy New Year in 2014! #1 Dragon 1/35 Neubau-Fahrzeug Nr.3-5 #2 Dragon 1/35 Panzerjager II fur 7.62cm Pak 36 (Sdkfz 132) Marder II D #3 Dragon 1/350 German Z-38 Destroyer #4 Dragon 1/35 Sdkfz 181 Pzkpfw VI Ausf. Nice collection of work there, Bill. While you did great work on them all, I really like what you did with the BSG. Now, take a 2 day break and then get to work on 2014!

Nice collection of completed builds! But, I think my favorite out of that bunch has to be the Marder.

Thanks gents! Really enjoyed my builds in 2013 and am looking forward to what 2014 might bring! CB, yes, likely to see some diversity in 2014. The 109 of course will be 'different' and I have to build the midget sub Seehund that my wife gave me for Christmas at a minimum. T, it's always tough to get models to pose consistently...like herding cats! Bob, the BSG was a lot of fun for sure! As for waiting a couple of days, can't let prime weekend bench time go to waste so I've already started on the 2014 first victim down in the wingy forums. Gary, that is definitely CB's fault! BJ, the Marder was one I'd been waiting for a new kit to be done for a loooong time. Bronco did a great job with that kit, glad you like it!

Did I even know you did a ship? Sorry, let me rephrase that. Did I even know you did a freakin' outstanding job on a freakin' ship?
Another great year Bill.

Great builds.... all of them!!! I really like that ship especially the base as I didn't notice that earlier. That would be good for my future ship build... you were part of the conspiracy.

Dang Bill, those are some great builds! The Z class destroyer is way over the top. Lots of little fiddly bits there.

Oooooh, nice job on the BSG! Probably my fave (leaning pretty heavily towards the Sci-Fi stuff these days). That Marder is pretty frickin' sweet too. And the ship. Heh.

Thanks Deano! Marc, I had the most fun with the BSG I think...definitely was something different and it was completed in a very short space of time (6 days, start to finish), so that may have had something to do with it too!

Looks like you had a productive year Bill!
My personal favorite is the Tiger, mainly because of it's camo. It's exactly the kind of look I'd always wanted to add to my collection, also. LOL The Destroyer has many delicate parts and some fine PE, that has not to be underestimated. Really looking great. Then there is the excellent paneling on the spaceship, I could go on and on...
Stunning builds, all of them!
Cheers, Tobi

Tobi, thanks very much! Each one of the builds this year had its own 'personality'. The Neubau was a Christmas present from 2012, that's why it was built first. The Marder II D came next because Bronco released it (finally!) and I managed to get it on sale, it was one that had been on my 'to build' list for a long time, love the Marder family. The destroyer was all Rob's fault...he talked me into it...and it was probably one of the most enjoyable builds in a long time. The Tiger was one that I'd held in the stash for several years and finally felt the time was right to tackle it. The BSG, well that was just a 'fun' impulse thing that turned out to be the capstone for the year. Dicky, high praise indeed from the Supremo de White Stuff! Glad you enjoyed the year's efforts Dicky. If CB had been a little faster who knows what else might have made it in...
