I would like to try and finish the M51 today but the LHS is closed and i need some dull or flat coat.Has any one ever tried using Krylon flat on there builds?

I haven't... my only concern is if its too strong or hot? If you have applied only paint on your build then it should be OK. I would test spray on the bottom first and see how it comes out...

Leon, Is it Krylon Acrylic Flat? If so it will work just fine. Ive used it on many occasions. Just know that once you use this ya cant use any washes or mineral spirits. I does not hold up to any thing outside pigments. I use it only as a final flat on a figures as it provides a nice smooth flat finish. If its Enamel, i wouldnt use it. HTH bro.

Hey bro thanks for the tip on the Krylon .Think i'll hit the LHS tomorrow for my old trusty Tamiya flat just to be safe.
