Ah, ok, I know that kit. Very nice looking one, I think it's the one Rick Lawler did for the last Weathering Magazine (one of the variants of the kit family). You made me hope there was a new one

Yeah. That's the one. There's been many JPs posted here. Thought I'd post my old one from the early 1990s. I found this recently in a box out in the garage. Forgot I had it.

Nice (customized) figures BK. And sweet to seen this Stug alongside a JPIV. Instead of starting a new Stug build a JP this time? Marcel

Instead of starting a new Stug build a JP this time? Marcel I've heard such good things about the Dragon kit. The above list is all I have in my stack at the moment - non stug. Oh, I do have the 38T "Gepard" but not keen on it at the moment unless someone has spare solid drive wheels. I was somewhat surprised how close in size the two tank hunters are. Makes me think of a what-if JPIII with a more ballistic style hull and an L70 gun.

Got to have the bucket! Very nice progress, the figures are going to really set this one apart for sure as well.

Fantastic, the commander looks great. The loader also looks fine, maybe the clothes are a bit too clean, but how I wish I could do half as good

They look bad ass, i reconise the feeling that the figs don't have the results you want but they look great! No more Stug, hell we should do a Stug GB

This is such a great build so far. It's a shame about those two floating roadwheels on it.

This is such a great build so far. It's a shame about those two floating roadwheels on it. Won't be when stuck on the base. Thanks all. I appreciate the comments. I don't paint 1/35 figures all that often. Maybe I should say, up until recently, I haven't painted that many 1/35 figures. I'm still consulting my dog-eared copy of Shep's HTBD on face painting. So Marcel, I should just drop mic? BTW - I guess I'm using the "modelers shorthand" for these two styles of tracks, like Porsche King Tiger. I've read some debates that they can both be called "Ostketten" since they were both used in the East. So,I guess you ARE correct. Again. Losboz - The Dragon kits are great to build and have plenty of releases to choose from. Field mods and factory variations allow for some interesting looking vehicles.

Thanks. Started the muddy ground work the other night. So far I'm having far more luck than I did with the Steyr muddy road.
