Interesting choice of scheme Lucas. Seeing it in the Red Stars would be something different, I say go for it!

Yeah, I can see the 262 being a solid choice for someone with a sci-fi bent! It's a pretty "out there" design.

Lol. Saw her flying at the last ILA. Okay, no Me 262 anymore (but a 363 cause of GE engines) and the commentator was a bit annoying - anyways: a beauty!

An additional daylight picture of the figure - I guess you can se him better now: More putty for the belly: ...and some cables for the IP. Thanks again Jamme for the hint! In the YT-video from above you get a good idea of the mechanic overall... ...and theres an additional detail on the right side of the cockpit thats missing in the Revell kit. No clue what this is, maybe a jabber box or something. Ideas, anyone?

Base looks pretty cool. Nice work on the TINY figure...

Oh yeah, its really tiny. But at least those ex-Preiser figures (hard to find, I saved them for something special like this) are better to paint and work with like the Airfix and Revell 1/72 figures. Hard plastic with almost as much details as you can get in Braille. The canopy still caused some problems, but: I asked my LHS if theres a possibility to get something from Pavla for example. And thats possible! Its on the way. YEAH! I just dont want to pay loads of Euros for such a cheap canopy by ordering them from a neighbor country of Germany or even overseas. Naaaah. Support your local hobby shop! The ReVi is missing. More scratch work?!

Heres the news: >Rudder was cut off and placed in a slight angle... Figure #2 painted & added... Figure #3 painted & added... cockpit upgrades... the ReVi is not yet complete - Ill add the clear part made from plastic sheet when all is painted.

Thanks folks. Seems like I have to wait a bit for the canopy.
