Hello all you fine chaps. Right, as you all know I build shiny things and I'm not awfully keen or good at shooty things but this is one that I DO want to build very much. I was in two minds as to whether I share my ramblings with you but finally decided that if I'm gonna crash and burn I may as well do it in public! Of course I have to blame somebody so the blame is shared between Meng for producing what appears to be an incredible box of styrene and Luigi for encouraging me. I won't do a what's in the box because I don't think my life is long enough to cover all the great stuff inside. You get an amazing box full, four coloured styrene, PE, all the usual stuff I guess you armour builders have come to expect. So there we have it, this will be a PARTICIPATION BLOG, that means I'm gonna need your help....lots of it so stay tuned, especially you Luigi. Finally, thanking you in advance for your help, guidance and encouragement...

How's the detail on that Big Bad a$$ Box of Bradley Parts Mence ?. It sure looks like a value for money kit which will keep you busy for a while. I was thinking of buying this kit not long ago when it first came out but sadly my pockets were empty at the time . I'm glad you took the plunge and brought it, that way I don't have to explain to the wife where the food money went and I can enjoy watching you build it. All joking aside it looks like a great kit.

Hello chaps, thank you for the early interest. Sabre, I'm more used to auto / Sci-Fi subjects where depending on Manufacturer the detail can go from extraordinarily good to pretty miserable. Browsing through the numerous sprues, I'm extremely impressed, crisp, plentiful details everywhere!

Chaps. Not much but I have made a start. I jumped to step 35 because I wanted to put possibly the dullest bit behind me, the tracks. Two links per mini sprue, each sprue has four cleanup points so it's a bit time consuming. On the up side, the molding is First Class, once cleaned up, they clip together with a nice, positive click and are fully workable. 80 links per side, job done! Cheers!

I'm gonna open a nice cab and follow along. From what I've seen so far, this kit is insanely complete, kind of like Picard saying: "Computer, 1/35 scale Bradley, in plastic".

It really is very impressive!

You're a brave man posting pics of this build around here Mence, the mob's excitable! Hope you know what you're in for...those tracks look good, the clickable design I'm sure is going to be a key selling point with them.

Hello all you new chaps to this thread, welcome aboard the fun bus! Sabre, cheers for the pics, that's the sort of finish I'm aiming for but will be dead happy if it turns out half as good. I always fancied a what if with the '103 but have to say, bangs for bucks, the Bradley takes it hands down, from what I have experienced so far, an awesome kit. As I mentioned, had a lovely couple of hours bench time last night so will post an update as soon as time allows, have a good day...

Not a problem Mence, I hope you find them useful if only for reference proposes and mate don't sell yourself short. Going by what I've seen you produce in the pass I'm sure you'll do it justice.
