Plenty of new releases coming through Boots, welcome aboard! This is my delay tactic while I ponder how best to tackle Tamiya's sublime 1/12 Caterham.

Quick question chaps.
The instructions call for the radiator to be painted blue, any idea what shade?

A very light shade of blue that looks almost grey, is grey
That's based on a picture I just looked at, but I'm no Bradley expert, so I'm probably wrong.
This Meng Bradley kit looks very flippin good tbh.

Chaps. Hi Deano, thanks buddy. Not sure having fun is the correct term, I struggle with Military subjects no matter how much I may like them. A quick one. More added to the interior, seats are nice but are made from some pretty fragile parts. Elements such as the drivers compartment wall and turret 'tube' are dry fitted at present. Then I couldn't really delay starting the paint much longer so on with the primer followed by the interior green. Unpainted patches are left that way for future securing of the air cleaner, engine and gearbox. Thank you.

Nice work Mence!...Now all Meng have gotta do is redress the balance, and give us a fully loaded Warrior eh? ...The interior colour looks close to Tamiya Sky(XF21?),is that correct?

Cheers chaps. Dicky, I have painted the rad blue but it looks insane so I'm going for a 50/50 mix of blue / neutral grey which hopefully won't look too bad. Fave builders of any genre? Cheques in the post buddy. CeeBee, helloooo. Ya spot on mate, XF21 it is, I tried a couple of other paints but always come back to it, it seems pretty much as close as you can get. Back soon, I have an evening of painting teeny parts ahead of me...

Pipework from engine - Satin black Rubber hoses - Green Radiator - Grey/Light blue
Dude in foreground - Looks like he's about to hit someone...
You can just see the bottom edge of the rad in this picture, where some of the coolant pipes join the rad, but I'm not sure this is even the right vehicle, but it looks like a Bradley.

Mence I came across these 2 clip which might be helpful and about 3min 25sec into the first clip it gives you a clear view of the engine bay.
Also thought this clip maybe of some use to you as it's the clearest images of the exterior I could find.

Hi chaps, thank you. Sabre, great clips, thank you but I fear your Herculean efforts were to a degree in vain. . You see, I was puzzled as to why the transmission was nicely detailed and the engine wasn't, if you look at the images on the first page of the blog, the answer is simple, you can't see the engine! Even the radiator grill on top of the hull is molded closed so once the upper and Lower hull are cemented together, you can't see much at all...unless your 50mm tall So, thank you again, very interesting clips whether you're building a Bradley or not but for my purposes, the engine will receive the most basic of painting, no more. Back soon chaps....
