I'll never get my head round the reasoning behind the 'cos it's there' mentality...to my mind, building & painting stuff (especially to THAT standard) and then hiding it away, is time yer cud have spent on ANOTHER model!!!! Nemo, it sucked to have to cover up the interior, but with the warpage so bad i had to leave the giant piece of rod in place. Had i taken it out after gluing the top i dont think the glued seams woulda held up. Chalk it up to experience i reckon. Should have inspected the pieces better befor id did THE WHOLE INTERIOR!!! Thanks you guys!

She looks like a christmas tree with all them decals lol............... nah...... its awesome!!!!!
And good save on the warpage, as others have said its a shame to lose all of the hard graft you put in, but your sacrifice has made for a cracking looking car

Hey fellas, muchas grassyas! I sealed the decals with Future Gloss and will start pinwashes soon. I was givin a Tamiya Leopard I by Russ (rbaer) as a gift when we BBQ'd awhile back...got a few Shermans to. He said i could do what i want with them and i decided to have a little fun playing with the Leopard. Gonna repair some things, prime and put a new Tri camo paint scheme on her. Here it is. (with some part already broke off) Ill play with it from time to time.

Hey fellas, Got the pinwashes done. Ill spray DullCote on by this evening. While the pin washes dry, i played with the Leopard. Im just havin fun and not sure what all im gonna do with it, but i want it to look like a new sleek upgrade or tha like. Gonna make some headlight brackets or box-em in and some front and rear mud guards. Have no idea just yet of what im gonna do with the turret. Well see i guess. Cheers, Gary

Pin washes look grand G. As for the scratchin' on the Leopard, you may have to change your name to DJ.

I was gonna spray some DullCote, but had a long day so ill get to it tomorrow. While the flat clear dries ill play with the Leo 1-1/2 A1 Beta.
