This is my second attempt at this model. The first one was built while I was visiting my son (who was attending Auburn University), and still is on display there at the Hobby Town USA in Auburn, Alabama. I really like the Zvesda sniper figures so much, I wanted to do it again. This time it's going to be another cold day in... Russia. Here is my build log as it goes. Will post more as I get it done. Shawn Here are some pictures of the foam core board building that I'm making for these happy little snipers. Rear interior Front Sniper Spotter Dummy Let me know what your think so far? Here is a link to my photo bucket pictures of the original dio. s573.photobucket.com/albums/ss175/shawngehling/Soviet%20Counter%20Snipers%20House/And if you want to see all the albums I have there: s573.photobucket.com/albums/ss175/shawngehling/but beware of the carpet monster. He is stealing a piece of PE...

Thanks TRM... If you look at the link you will see the first one that I did. I really enjoyed it and like that way that one came out, so I figured why not make it again just a little different, and since they will be on different coasts, I guess they will never cross paths and others can enjoy it. Boots and Dicky F, Thanks... Here is the link to all the photos. s573.photobucket.com/albums/ss175/shawngehling/Soviet%20Sniper%20house%20II/As you can see it's pretty much done (unless I decide to fill her up with snow) I have added a lot of rubble. I scratch built a damaged ladder for them to get up to the 2nd floor and put torn up curtains on the bottom two windows. Here is the dummy not that I have stuffed him with straw. Front door close up View from the back Sniper team from the side Overhead view of the sniper team Enemy snipers view of the dummy Let me know what you think? Shawn
