Sometimes you need to take a hammer to the old DML kits, that's for sure!  Can't help you there Jeff but I think what you've got is at least making some sense fit-wise...I guess it really comes down to what works with the gun and turret interface. |

Yer dead right Jeff - it goes that way and sits inside the mantlet face as a flush fit with just the boltheads proud of the surrounding surface fella  Looks like yer wrestling this one into submission mushty...any other technically related questionography I can take a wild leaping stab in the dark at - just holler!!! lol  Thanks Mr.D . With the piece fitting inside the mantlet I may have enough clearance with the hull. |

Mantlet assembled and in, lower and upper hull joined with back panel in place and more fiddly bits on the turret   Oh, and one more thing...............TC to crew. "I've told you Boys a thousnd times, make sure the round has cleared the barrel before you send another"  ACW |

Many thanks Men and YES Phil it was 5 AM. No sense wasting the day Got some track lengths made up last night. Bet you can't guess what's on the docket for tonight.  They snapped together pretty well, maybe I can get them hung and then glue them up. I'll let you know. |
