Mirasado, I use two techniques, depending on the diameter of the ring. The first one is a punch and die set from UMM-USA Master Models. I is inexpensive, and can do rings up to 1/2 inch 12.7 mm. for larger rings, I use a Olfa Cutting Compass, or a draftsmans compass with points on both legs.
