Man, that interior looks great! Remind me to invite you over to do mine when I build my first wingy thing.

Outstanding start. If this is the same as the big tail version of the D-9, it is a real nice kit. This is my favorite WW2 fighter. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

I loved Mr Surfacer but it has been P-I-A cleaning the AB afterward. Sometimes it shoots spider web especially on small pieces. Switched to AK Primer and I really liked it so far...
Plane looking good primed!

Holy smokes! Please tell me the pilot is not suicidal or something like that? Red and white stripes... screaming to shoot me down now!
Looking very sharp!

Holy smokes! Please tell me the pilot is not suicidal or something like that? Red and white stripes... screaming to shoot me down now! Looking very sharp! They were deployed to protect take off and landing of the me-262 from their squadron. So they needed to be easily identifiable by their own AA guns. The gunners could tell them from the P-51s or P-47s at a single glance

Always learning something... makes sense now. Thanks guys! Of course I will be following it to the end at the new site... Imagine being an AA guy who has a plane coming in at 6-700kmh towards him. You have no more than a couple of seconds to choose whether to shoot or not... Red--->good / Not red--->shoot. Easy, uh? Let's get back to the other site to see the result
