Thanks guys, glad you like odd stuff like me. ;D Dicky, I don't usually do bases as I feel the model is better seen without distractions. But you are probably right, this may look good on a base. Maybe something simple like a gravel driveway. Or...something really odd. No Chris, no personal experience here. Although I'd love to see some kids gragging a pile of dirt up on the roof of a car.

I cast my vote in with Dicky, put a base under it. (no more fingerprints on the paint,eh?) Yes to gravel, rutted, dry mud, driveway. You have created a believable beater, really! Also suggest a rikketty old stepladder for car roof access. Cheers

I've been thinking about a base. This build would go good with one. I like your idea of a ladder, although I like the idea of leaving it up to the imagination too. You know,"how did they get the gravel up there?" It is more bizzare this way. I like bizzare.
