Moving over this build from the MSC forums.  I was able to do some work on it last night, with those pictures on the bottom of this post.

Academy kits always get a bad rap...which I think is undeserved most of the time. Fine work here.

This is my first Academy kit. Picked this one up in outside of base when I was stationed in Korea in 2001. It built up quick, except for the rear stowage.

Small update, added the side-skirts. That's it. Tonight I hope to finish priming and add the base color.

It's been pointed out that the tracks are on the wrong way, so I will need to try to fix that tonight before I paint.

Was able to do some painting last night. Not to bad. Weird thing, wasn't aware that some glue spilled on top of the turret. So I have this thin line of glue in this weird pattern on top of the turret. Most annoying. *grumble*. Had some issues with the paint, but all in all, not to bad.

Moving right along on this one! Shame about the glue line, maybe some careful sanding could tone it down if you're so inclined?

I tried to file it down before painting it, but I started to run into the seams and rivets that were molded on. Had issues with the tools I had available. Will have to chalk this one up to the lesson learned pile. As in make sure the finished parts are away form the glue!

Okay, I am definitely not someone who can work on multiple builds at the same time in a timely manner.  I believe I can call this one somewhat done.  Still working out the kinks on the dot filter technique, but practice makes perfect.   Enjoy everyone.
